How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 2–3 working days for major cities. Remote areas may take 4–5 working days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Why does my hoodie get rough and stiff after a few washes?
This happens with low-GSM polyester-blend fabric. Chahatein uses 320 GSM cotton fleece with a brushed baby cotton inner lining — it stays soft wash after wash and actually gets more comfortable over time. No rough surprises after washing.

Yes. Our 320 GSM heavyweight fabric is built for multiple seasons. Wash cold, inside-out, hang dry — and your piece holds its shape, softness, and colour 2–3 winters later. No pilling, no shrinkage, no fading.
What is a shacket and why is it perfect for Pakistani weather?
